Quality and Value of Home
Solid and well built - easy to heat in the winter and cool in the summer. Esthetically pleasing - colour scheme is neutral enough to accommodate all the furniture I brought with me yet unique in that I have been able to decorate with a bit of flair.

Construction Quality and Finishing
Good for the most part and any finishing issues were addressed by the builder in a very timely manner. The builder finished my basement after I moved in as I needed the extra living space. The builder accommodated me by providing storage for my extra belongings while the basement was being finished. I am very pleased with the finished product. I know that the builder has accommodated several other home owners with changes to their homes, including changing the configuration of bathrooms and changing flooring and paint colours.

Trades and Staff Friendliness
All staff that I have dealt with have been polite, friendly and helpful - any issues I had were dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.

Warranty Procedures
All explained and taken care of when appropriate. We were provided with a binder containing all the building information and warranty certificates as well as a list of the sub-contractors working in the complex and how to contact them.

Overall Experience
I love my new home. It is well built and energy efficient and I have done lots of entertaining in it - I am proud to “show off” my new home and have received lots of positive feedback from family and friends. The complex is quiet, well maintained and family oriented. I have recommended viewing and purchasing other units in the complex to family and friends and would not hesitate to recommend these units to anyone looking for a new home.
